The service
Tekliva is an online software service for tracking quotes, companies, tasks and sales. By creating an account you accept these terms.
Your account
The account holder is responsible for keeping account details accurate, keeping the password secret and for all activity on the account.
Early access and pricing
Every plan is free during early access. Users will be notified by email before paid plans begin; anyone who does not want a paid plan can export their data and close the account.
Ownership of data
The data you enter belongs to you. Tekliva processes it only to provide the service and lets you export it at any time.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used to store unlawful content, send unsolicited bulk messages, threaten the security of the system or infringe the rights of others.
Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and announce planned maintenance in advance. Features may change during early access.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tekliva is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
